Free Walking Tours
Available in three languages: Spanish, English and German, it takes around 2 hours and starts at 11:00 , Mon to Sat. It starts in front of the tourism office just below the Cathedral. A guide will walk with you around the city centre to help you enjoy the most important attractions and buildings in Palma.
The tour is based exclusively on the tips, hence the guides ensure a great trip in hope of earning better tips.

Train to Soller
Ever since 1912 the Sóller railway has been running a daily train service along the 27.3 km route between Palma de Mallorca and Sóller, without interruption. From 1913 it has also run the tram service along the 4.9 kilometres from Sóller and the Port of Sóller.
The railway is characterized, amongst other things, by the fact that it is narrow gauge, the track width being 91.4 cm (an English yard), which is rarely used nowadays; moreover its rolling stock is extremely varied and meticulously finished, and maintained using traditional methods.
